🔞Age Requirement

The aq990 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction applies without exception to all game categories available on the Platform, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, crash games and fish arcade titles. aq990 takes its obligations regarding underage gaming extremely seriously and employs age verification procedures during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process that every player must complete prior to their first withdrawal.

📝Registration Requirements

👤One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one registered account on the aq990 Platform. Opening, operating or having access to more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same mobile number or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. This includes accounts opened in a family member's name where the beneficial user is the same individual.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, aq990 will suspend all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses or winnings held across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety. 🔐Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aq990 account login credentials, including your mobile number, password and any one-time SMS verification codes sent to your registered number. 💳Deposit Terms

All deposits made to an aq990 account must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method is registered to another individual — are not permitted. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Mobile wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay — minimum deposit ৳200 per transaction.
• Debit and credit cards: Visa and Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500 per transaction.

💸Withdrawal Terms

📢Notification of Changes

aq990 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
